The Elkhart Shoppes sign on sixth, completed in 2015, is a polycarbonate sign designed to meet specific architectural specifications to match the tenant building. Before fabrication, our team calculated for heavy winds coming off the lake and the sandy soil bearing pressure.
This project included: Site survey / Permitting / Excavation / Fabrication of aluminum frame / Pouring a concrete footer (calculating wind resistance and soil bearing pressure) / Installation of vinyl to sign faces / Sign installation
